I was really disappointed with my experience at Americano Beach Resort. The place has been closed for a while and it's in terrible condition. After two decades of ownership, I expected much better management and updates. They seemed more interested in asking for more money than in taking care of their existing properties, which was really frustrating.

My experience at Americano Beach Resort was incredibly frustrating. It's unfortunate that the place is closed and has fallen into disrepair. After years of investing in my timeshare here, I can't believe management has let it reach this point. They seemed more interested in asking for more money than actually addressing the issues. This has been a disappointing and costly investment for many of us.

I was really disappointed to find that this place is closed! After being a timeshare owner for over 20 years, I can't believe it hasn't been updated, especially when nearby resorts are reopening. The management is terrible, and I regret the money wasted here. It's quite frustrating to see money disappearing without any improvements while they ask for even more from us.

They haven't made any updates for years despite all the funds coming in. I was really disappointed with my stay at this resort. The place has been closed for a while now, and it's in terrible shape. The management has clearly done nothing to improve it, which is shocking considering how much money they've received from owners and insurance.
